super friendly staff takeaway breakfast amazing value great carpark
this location is awesome. the staff were super friendly, and i totally crashed out. i took a takeaway breakfast box because i left early. it was unexpected! the value was amazing, i thought the carpark nearby was great.
the pillows were kinda hard. i wish it was softer.

welcome note central location lovely staff
The hotel provided a welcome note from the team. The location was central. It helped access local amenities. Breakfast offered everything I could wish for. I received an upgrade upon arrival.
The bar shut early one night. It was inconvenient. It was a Sunday. I expected it to stay open longer, based on what I was told.

cigarette smell no hot water
the location was acceptable for exploring the area.
The hotel claimed to be 4 star, but it felt more like a lower-quality hotel. the room smelled of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room. there was no hot water in the wash basin for three mornings. This was unacceptable for the price.

central location comfortable bed room amenities
the location was central! i found it very easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the room had all the basic amenities i needed, the bed was comfortable, and i had a desk, useful, and i liked having tea and coffee available in my room.
i noticed a bit of street noise at night, it did disrupt my sleep slightly.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay (i especially appreciated the quick check-in process). the location was convenient, with access to nearby attractions.
the bedroom window was locked, preventing fresh air circulation in the room. the room felt stuffy and stale despite the air conditioning.
