super friendly staff takeaway breakfast amazing value great carpark
this location is awesome. the staff were super friendly, and i totally crashed out. i took a takeaway breakfast box because i left early. it was unexpected! the value was amazing, i thought the carpark nearby was great.
the pillows were kinda hard. i wish it was softer.

The hotel provided a welcome note from the team. The location was central. It helped access local amenities. Breakfast offered everything I could wish for. I received an upgrade upon arrival.
The bar shut early one night. It was inconvenient. It was a Sunday. I expected it to stay open longer, based on what I was told.

cigarette smell no hot water
the location was acceptable for exploring the area.
The hotel claimed to be 4 star, but it felt more like a lower-quality hotel. the room smelled of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room. there was no hot water in the wash basin for three mornings. This was unacceptable for the price.

the location was central! i found it very easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the room had all the basic amenities i needed, the bed was comfortable, and i had a desk, useful, and i liked having tea and coffee available in my room.
i noticed a bit of street noise at night, it did disrupt my sleep slightly.
